not in my case it cant. I had a 5 pound fish in my freezer and i took it out and laid it on the lawnmower sunday to make room in the freezer. I forgot about it and last night when i went out in the garage there were 10 thousand flys eating it like vultures. I was so pissed so to answer your question it could not feed me but it can surely feed pesky durty creatures.

YEP it works fer me anyway, tho i started 2 order 2 catfish, yesterday but was 2 hot 2 stop sew i hurried home fast as i could and still got the sickening sunburn on my face. oh well $hit happens in more ways than 1''
