I missed Hell's Kitchen. That is always hard for me to say ..my throat gets dry, my palms sweat and my voice cracks..*tear* I got it on Dvr though .lol yay

I'm a supervisor. It's always hard to say "Were going to have to let you go". There's just no easy way of putting it knowing that they need the job. Though most of the time it's their own fault, that doesn't make it any easier.

"it's not going to workout" like if i ever had to break-up with someone i cared about and things didn't work-out i like it when they break up with me because i know i can take it.that way it saves there feelings i would hate to have to say that because it would be like me stabbing me in my heart were as if they did it i know i could get over it.

I love you
I hate you
Telling someone that you don't want to date them anymore
Telling someone a truth that is harder to break to them
Saying "I'm disappointed"
