uh, the "perfect" mate thing isnt directly pertaining to the actual term of perfection...it means that for your eyes that person is perfect even though he/she has some flaws..no body is perfect, and im aware of that, ok!

I would give the car to my friend and ask him to take the elderly woman to hospital. I would walk home in the rain with my perfect mate

The friend you saved will appreciate you passing on the good deed to the elderly women. The old friend will call you and congratulate you and tell say you made the right choice. The elderly lady may be wealthy and offer you some compensation.
Your friend will hope on the bus and tell you the story of the perfect mate that met their same sex lover on the bus and started makeing out.

This is most likely the wrong answer but I believe I'd honestly go with saving the old lady. She has earned it. The perfect mate if she is the perfect mate will still be around. And an old friend well if he truly is a friend he'll understand.

I would choose the friend, only because I don't like strangers. It's too risky to take a stranger in your car on a stormy night. That's the typical senario for a scary movie. I would call for an ambulance for the woman who would be near death, and hope that I would meet the "perfect mate" again some day.

I would pick up my friend - that's the only person I know. I would have no knowledge that the elderly person is dying or that the other person is my perfect mate. Plus, if they are at the bus stop, the bus should be by to get them.

id chose all three, mate in the passenger seat. and the other two on the roof.
you never said anything about on the car just inside it.
on second thought they are all at the bus stop so why give any of them a ride? they got a bus pass right??
