i have just given my 2 year old son some painkilling medicine. it says on the bottle, 'may cause drowsiness, do not drive or operate machinary'
hes playing with his toy fire engine, should i take it off him?

No, toys won't matter because if he gets drowsy while playing it isn't going to put anyone's life at risk. It means things like factory machines where if you were drowsy while operating them could hurt someone.
