It's not just that. Everytime someone criticizes the war in Iraq, they get called unpatriotic and told that they are hurting troop morale.
Seems very similar to Vietnam in many ways if you look at historical evidence. But who am I to have an opinion in a country ran by fascist war mongering neo-cons.

TitusPul: No in no way wounded, yet so what? Served USN, college EW, thats mega loss of life eventualities. you're able to learn what the definition of carpet bombing is in the previous employing arms. i grew to become into unaware that carpet bombing grew to become into unique in straight forward terms to B-52s, and that i've got faith the USAF is likewise blind to your assessment, sir. and that i'm no longer antisemetic: And made no antisemetic fact, although you curiously do no longer understand what Israel did to the liberty? finally one huge gripe is that the Iraqi human beings could step as much as the plate does that make some anti-Iraqi? So if the Israeli's are employing us as proxies and that's reported does that make one anti-semetic? No, am no longer a liberal. by using the way, why are we in Iraq? i'm able to tell truthfully, although that's of no undertaking to me, particularly what concerns me is our very own government. i think of revolution is an outstanding ingredient now and then?

I am sure they do.
Soldiers have been trained to do what they are told, when they are told so they do the job the best they can with the equipment provided.
You can't fault them for doing what they do, that is their job and they do it well. We should stand up and salute every last one of them and support them with all we got. They didnt ask to go there they were sent there. They are not responsible for bad leadership
Any one of them questioning the orders of the C in C probably would be removed as if he was a bad apple.
It is not a job I envy them.

How dare you question the intelligence of our fighting men and women,
Our troops know more about this war than any conspiracy theorist or commie sympathizer you get your info from.
Maybe you know it alls should grow up and listen to the people on the front lines.

Your statements are completely wrong. Your grammar is less than perfect. And you don't seem to understand government.
Yours is a leading question. It assumes that a dual role exists, when no evidence is presented to support that claim. Further, you don't list a second role. The US government is not anti-American. That is just a ludicrous statement. You present nothing to support that inflammatory remark.
The US government has saved the US from a second attack by Al Qaeda for six years, and that includes saving your sorry, dumbass.

Not just pawns, hostages. Bush has so far managed to stave off a funds cutoff with thinly veiled threats to take it out on the troops.

I don't care what you think in this case, however, I would say that the troops that are over there are doing the job they are paid to do and they will continue to do so until the liberals finally surrender and pull them out, effectively giving the terrorists a victory. Besides, thanks to the troops, the terrorist are fighting on THEIR soil and not ours.

Why do @$$holes like you, who have never, ever served in the military always try to explain what the "troops" are feeling. Most of them, and this is coming from a Marine who participated in both OEF and OIF and who has a wife that is deployed to OIF RIGHT NOW, want to finish the mission.
The only people they don't like are pricks like you, who smile to their face while you stab them in the back.

Well stated. I feel very sorry for all the innocent men and women that go over and fight and loose their life and their mental health to fight a war basically over power and oil. Its frightening.
