where do you get a plane or helicopter in Grand Theft Auto Vice City for XBOX?

I want to fly a plane/ helicopter but i dont know where they are

and i want to know if there is a way to get one with out buying anything

I have Vice City for the PS2 and I'm pretty sure that they are both the same. Their is only 1 or 2 planes in the game. But there are a couple of helicopters. One helicopter can be found at the top of the VCN building on the second island. If you are traveling from the first island to the second island, take the road that passes by the movie studio and the VCN building should be on the right. The VCN helicopter is the hardest to fly to me.

A plane is located at the movie studio. As soon as you enter the movie studio keep walking straight until you see a water tower in the corner of the back wall. There is a door that leads to a dock underneath the water tower and a plane should be at this dock on the water.

There are a couple of other helicopters but to get them you have to buy properties. If you collect 80 of the 100 hidden packages a helicopter with a gun that can float on water will be avaliable at the Diaz Mansion out front, and when you get the Diaz Mansion, another helicopter should be on the roof of the mansion.
