Windows 2000 does not include "Movie maker" or any other program for creating movies. You will need a video editor to make a movie. If you have a DVD burner, they usually come with either Nero or Roxio software. Both include a limited video editor as part of the burner software, to help you create DVDs. If you check the stores, there are several low end editor editors beginning in the $40 range and going up. Or you can spend a few hundred fro a time line program like Adobe Premiere.
Check the system requires before purchasing any software. You usually have to have an above average amount of memory and a lot of free hard drive space to be able to run a video editing program.
