Go IE>Files>"Import and Export". There is a friendly wizard that will help you export your favourites. Alternatively, you can go My Computer>Local Disk>Documents and settings> (Username).
Copy the favourites(Star icon) and paste it into your CD.
Remember to write(burn) it to the CD by clicking "Write Files to CD" at the left column.
Hope it helps! Good Luck!

To make copy only your favourites list ( you mean book marks for internet wed addresses). As other people advised you. you can browse the Drive C: >>documents & settings >> your user name C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME
here you will find favourites folder copay that folder entirely and save it into floppy disk or USB flash disk. It is very few kilo byte of size. So you can easily store anywhere.
