I am not sure why you included the "no human death" constraint and am too lazy too work it our. But you should read Isaax Asimov, his science essays are very good and I read a number of these books when I was a kid. Here is a little of what he had to say about the population.
In "The Power of Progression" I began with a world population of 3.5 billion and a doubling rate of once every 47 years, and worked out an equation that would give me the world population at any time in the future, provided the doubling rate stayed constant.
I showed that by 2554 A.D., the world population would be 20,000 billion, so that the average population density over the entire surface of the earth, land, and sea would be equal to the average density, today, of Manhattan at noon.
I then assumed that every star in the Universe had 10 habitable planets and that we could transfer people form planet to planet at will and instantaneously. By 6170 A.D. every planet in the Universe would be filled to Manhattan density.
Since the birthrate has dropped since 1969, we can calculate the doubling rate right now at once every 50 years. This gives us a little more time. It won't be till 2585 A.D. that we achieve Manhattan density over all of Earth's surface. But at that point, another few years to do it in is not going to help one iota.
Anyway this is of course more relevant than what you asked since the assumption of no death results in a rather meaningless answer. But, if you can find them, read those Asimov science essays.
The quote above is from 1991 but is still very interesting reading and is still quite thought provoking.

No death? There will probably be numerous genius who will be alive to find ways for human to live elsewhere, e.g. in the ocean, in space, anyplace else outside of the earth. So Earth may not fill up as far as we think.
Far fetch? yes, indeed, considering there is no human death.

How many frequencies are there in the ether? Life goes on in many forms, and phases, the earth is infinite in it's molecular structure, and indeed may be a small recognized molecule of the " BIG PICTURE" Life goes on and may be a cycle of reformation! The earth can never be filled, except in the minds of the limited in perception and deed.

That is very impossible. But I think within just 5 years, the earth will be filled.

Define filled?
Most census looks at population in terms of persons per sq. mile.
What density would you consider filled?
