when choosing a best answer, do you feel obligated to give best answer to someone because he/she is your friend or favourite here...?

No I dont, I'll pick whoever has given me the most information, or whatever it was that I was asking. 'Friends' on here are just people you have a common ground with...You're not obligated to pick them... I think thats a bit silly if people do feel like that...Is it cos they're afraid of falling out with these people? In which case...They're not friends anyway!!

No not really, if I think a answer is worthwhile for being the best then I choose it, whether or not the person is my friend or not or favourite, that would be unfair to the other people who answers with understanding.........

I do feel obligated, Im not selfish, always think of the other person.I was raised like that. I over extend myself at times. I have a problem saying no, but I am aware of this, and I have a choice . I like that.

Not necessarily. A long answer can be completely off subject and nowhere near what you're looking for. Sometimes a best answer can be one with as few as 5 words.

Sometimes but I don't give it to someone because I know them, I try and give it to best answerer. If I gave my best answers to only one or two people, others might not keep answering my questions and then I wouldn't smile or laugh as much.

personally i am not obligated to anyone. I only pick those who can provide the best approximated answers or suggestions.

there are other ways to show support a friend, like a thumbs up on their answer, or star their question, even just for fun. but if their answer is funny , then I'll pick them.

I have only had a few anyway.
but in voting for best answers in 'undecided' I'll look at as many as I can.

If all the answers aren't that good then I will sway to my contacts. But I look for the good answers first.
