well, that depends on how old they are, why they do it.
if its a terrorist attack, yeah, a death penalty should be given.
however, people may do it perhaps they were jealous that other people's lives were way better than theirs, or that they feel inferior. this will cause them to try suicide bombing.
well, it depends on who is concerned really. but most commonly, culprits are given the death penalty just cos they tried suicide bombing, and it isnt entirely fair as they do have reasons of doing it.

If they didn't succeed in their task they need to interrogated to find out where the leaders are. Even if this is not successful, they should be given a life term under a jail. They want to be martyrs. Don't give them that opportunity.

No, its what they want. They should made to clean the sewers for the rest of their lives. That way they aren't really a drain on the taxpayer & its a great deterrent, don't you think?
