What are the most important things you would consider when looking for an auto body repair shop.
A lady hit me in the rear while stopped she was going about 50 mph.
she tore up my sway bars; exhaust system and bumber and who knows what else after they take the bumper off.

What insurance co do you have?---usually, they have a list of recommended shops to take your car to. If not, I would ask around to friends, family,co-workers, etc for recommendations and find out whether the shops you look into have ASE or ICAR certified tech's to do the repairs...see if the shop guarantees their work, is the shop orderly, clean and efficient? Any plaques or awards for quality work? Talk to the owner or shop manager as well as any estimator that looks at the damage for their input on how difficult the repairs may be. You may also check with your local BBB and other insurance companies or agents for recommendations.
