since i was 8yrs my dream was to be an actress since then i work harder to acrive my goal but the problem is when i grew up i found someone willing to help me if only i date him

I say don't do it. Don't you want to know if you have real talent? He wants more than a date. Do you want to sleep your way to the top? If you really want to be an actress, apply for and go to a good college or university with a reputable theatre department. Get an acting coach. Start the process of getting into the New School University in NYC. Also, how sure are you that he can really help? He is engaging in a form of blackmail. If you do this now, you have started the process of compromising your integrity to get ahead. Would you date him if he couldn't help you? Isn't that almost like prostitution?

Yes, that is the oldest cliche in the book: the talent scout who can help you if you have sex with him. Just run when you see that stuff coming.
If you want to be an actress, you need to take some acting lessons and perform in some community theater to build your resume; audition for some TV commercials; audition for some TV shows. It helps if you are geographically near the area where this stuff goes on, such as LA or NY.
You need to build your acting resume, just like you would build a resume for any other type of work.
And in the meantime, go the library: read books about actresses and acting, and borrow DVDs of classic films with great acting. Bone up on the subject.

I'm guessing you probably don't know this guy very well and whatever he might be telling you could possibilities be lies. So if I was you, I wouldn't date him.
Instead, keep your dignity intact, don't loose it. Other opportunities will come your way. You know the saying, "When one door closes, another one opens", or something along those lines.
Also when you make it into the industry, you can be proud of yourself for making it on your own, and not having to date someone just to get noticed.

Honestly...he is in no way interested in helping you advance your career. He wants a new booty call. To be quite honest. And if you want to be taken seriously, don't become the girl who is known for sleeping her way to the top. Because then people will only focus on that fact rather than your true talent/ability.

Run away as fast as you can. Never never trade favors for help with your career. He says date, he means sex. Forget that! I will help you with your career for nothing. LOSE THE LOSER...IF SOMEONE WON'T HELP YOU OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF HIS HEART AND NEEDS SOME TYPE OF RE-PAYMENT, HE MORE THAN LIKELY CAN'T REALLY HELP YOU AT ALL. KEEP WORKING ON YOUR OWN TO GET WHAT YOU WANT.
