If convicted then the man is a sicko and needs psychiatric help. A dog food meal would not change that deranged mind. He needs a lobotomy. His hat size would probably shrink two sizes once you let all the air out.

Naw. He should be punished to the fulliest extent of the law. Currently pets are considered property. Serving a year in federal prision, and most likely losing the rest of is NFL career for illegal gambling will suffice.

Alot of people eat dog food. Its all they can afford or get . So that would not be a punishment .
