do you actually want your ears pierced? if not, then tell your wife it's not for you
if you do - get them done at a professional piercers (with a needle, not a gun)

If u like them thn it's ok.
If it's to pls. her, thn. pierce 1 first.
If u get used to it, no allergies & etc &
if your job allows u to wear them thn go ahead & pierce another one.
