I was 16 my,now,wife 21 and a half,still mates after 6 kids
and now many years still my wife and best pal.
They all said it would not last even my mum,Wrong,

Like you're going to make a rational decision. If so you'll be the first. Older friends are nice, you can lean on them. As mates you'll be a drain and out of syn. Harmony is an indicator of a helpful indicator of things going well all things being equal. It's real nice to go through life stages together. Most older people don't want to go through the raising of children again, for instance and loath too much rap. Oh, you could probably use this I found one great idea already if I find nothing else.

You wouldnt think twice about two people aged 70 & 80, but you would if they were aged 16 & 26.

as we get older it becomes less relavent. i was 24 when i met my wife, she was 19, and had just left her convent school.
25 years ago it was seen as a bit of a gap.... nowadays i have friends who are 20 years younger and 25 years older... and teh gap is no longer apparent... mind you i'm 50 now...
