When was the last time you observed the night sky and found yourself staring in awe?

I love looking up at the stars. Did you know that when you see a star in the sky, you are looking back in time? If you could look into a super-telescope at little creatures running around on a planet out there in the night sky.... by the time the vision (aka light) hits your eyes, those creatures are long gone.

I observed the stars last night. The Moon was in the Northeast and very bright.

Anytime I'm away from light pollution in the city. Sunday was the last time. Went to the beach and had an unobstructed view to the west.

Whenever I'm out in the desert. It's amazes me everytime that it possible to see millions of stars with naked eyes. In the city due to "light pollution" humans can only see few thousand stars at night.

LAST EVENING...THOUGHT I SAW A CONSTELLATION LOOKING LIKE KATE BUSH....HEARD HER SINGING WUTHERING HEIGHTS AND SMELLED A BEAUTIFUL FIELD OF HEATHER!!!!!
