This is our greatest enemy so I can not applaud. The one thing we can never give into is despair for it signals surrender and the loss of all hope, and there is always hope.

My favorite quote by Winston Churchill was given by him at the end of the war, during a graduation ceremony - it was the shortest commencement speech ever recorded . He said, "Never, Never, Never Surrender." Wise words from a man who saw a lot of destruction and death.

Absolutely not! Despair is something that most people experience now and then but it is not something to be applauded. It is something to be destroyed and vanquished. Call upon hope; that always defeats despair.

No, I can prove that despair can be terminal, lethal and fatal. Always shed the cloak of gloom and mantle of doom.
