Throat infection--I've had strep numerous times, and although it's bad, it's not nearly as bad as a stomach ache.

i feel that if you get stomach ache , the rest dont matter much
if its light one with loose motions , maybe its ok
but if it gets very intense , as in my case , you cant do anything but to bear that all that time
