yep .. gamespot.com just punch in halo 3 ull get it.
want best quality that u can have to watch it without downloading the damn thing? well then ull have to go stage6.com though ull have to download a plugin to run it.. but all the movies and anime etc.. is in best quality aka as if it was in .avi file which is the best quality file..
