Unions or onions?

I think unions at the workplace are good but sometimes, there are some lazy-asses who uses the union to their advantage and cause trouble for the company.

And onions - I love them. Want to smell my breath? :p

Yes many times only protection the worker has. Also protects wages if plant is sold.
Strong unions made a strong middle class! Now that unions have been weakened where is the middle class?

Also in a union shop there is none of this relative morality crap. None of this one set of rules for the company suck a.s.s.e.s and another set for the person the supervisor doesn't like.
Also in a union shop there is none of this firing someone with out just cause.

I could go on and on ! And I'm basically engineering and management. not bargaining unit.
