Investment?

Question

Has the company, GMR INFRASTRUCTURE announced
american and global depository receipts?
If so, when is it likely to come for the public to apply.
The above is a well known indian company whose shares
are quoting at a high premium.

In UK we have regulartions designed to protect investors, so if they manage to get a listing on LSE I'm sure they are OK.

However there are a HUGE number of con-merchants and rip-off artists out there trying to suck people into worthless 'investments' .. and one way to do this is via "depository receipts" .. so excuse me for being a bit cynical, but "no thanks, at any price" :-)
