Check the adapters. I'm not sure about that model but some cars and trucks have plugins that connect to the fuse box. So basically you would have to follow the wires through the truck.
Check the wires that actually plug into the fuse box
Otherwise I think your just stupid and didn't check the fuse box correctly, because there is no way the whole rear lights could be out from a wire or something. So it has to be the fuse or the wires hooking up directly to the fusebox.
Goodluck

Check the common ground wire (usually BLACK)
run a wire from the negative (-) side of the battery to the rear of the vehicle and touch
each ground connection on each tail light
if the lights work trace the ground wire and look for a break in the wire or corrosion on any connection
replace all or part of the ground wire
use shrink tube to seal all electrical conecctions

I agree with the guy that said it could be a lost ground wire. If you have a multimeter try to check voltage on the socket and the bumper for ground. Turn on the flashers and see if you have the voltage. If you do, then it is a ground wire problem. good luck.

i agree with knight, if his ground idea doesnt work, also trace your harness (power side) look for a connection or break in the wiring or old butt connectors, check that for dirt, corrosion.
