Ammonium nitrate is an oxidizer which is used for exposives, cause i guess the more oxygen theres in a fire the bigger the fire. Well, is there any chemical that can take oxygen away. Like maybe creating a bomb that takes away all oxygen from area it explodes.

A reducing agent is a chemical that takes away oxygen. Metals are reducing agents.
Look up "ammonal".
But do not try to make it!
