Life ends. Ultimately the earth will burn up in the Sun's super nova. Not a thing that anyone experiences today will last for ever. For me, terms like, "happily ever after..", are just part of the human tendency to think magically and live in self deceit. Self deceit is very self destructive. I do my best to keep such talk out of my mouth and mind.

For those people who live unaware of the disadvantages of magical thinking, such phases are common. For people who believe in such things, the belief is real. The phenomenon the words refer to does not exist except as words in those minds. As a consequence of living in self deceit, life is unlikely to produce results consistent with the word, happily. Unexamined language leads to unrealistic expectations which lead to disappointment. Where is the "happily ever after.."?

Dear Nottrina,

There is such a thing as happily ever after if you work on it happily ever after or better yet in the eternal successions of now. I just found some more free information on the net that some may like. Darn those English and Aussies, they're getting ahead of us.

Yes, there is. But in order to achieve it, you should have faith in what you believe. Make it your stepping stone and a leaning wall in order to stand for it. That's the way.

Within the limits of mortality.

It's a poetic way of saying "The rest of their lives went pretty well."
