You can go through legal aid or something like that or you can even get the fees waived if you don't have income (he will have to pay the fees). That's what I did and it didn't cost me anything.

I just got mine done a few months ago and used a prose attorney. The total cost was under $600. and well worth it. You can find one in the yellow pages good luck
