Ask myself why. Why is my life going nowhere? If I have free will, or the power of choice, why would I choose this situation. Or the converse.....Why would I not choose the situation I desire? Why do I not deserve to have my desires fulfilled?
Remember that every person has power, including you. Remember that power can not be taken, it can only be given freely. Remember that life is about the choices we make. Do you choose to be a victim of life? Or do you choose to be responsible for it? To the degree that you are a victim of life, you will have no power to change it. To the degree that you take responsibility for you life, you will be empowered to change it.
Realize that you are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Every event is the result of a decision you made. The question is what decisions are you making, and why?
This kind of self-examination requires you to be brutally honest with yourself but can be very empowering. Try it.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Life must begin at conception. If a baby is alive, its stages of development have to be alive too. A long time ago, people used to believe that maggots came from rotting meat and believing that a living baby comes from a nonliving fertilized egg is kind of a variation of that. It's called spontaneous generation, belief that living things arise from nonliving matter, which was proven wrong centuries ago by some brilliant scientist named Francisco Redi. He proved that life doesn't come from inanimate objects. Life comes from life. Therefore, a living baby must come from a living fertilized egg. As for the issue of whether or not a preborn baby is separate from the mother, it's definitely separate from the mother because it does something that parts of a woman's body do not do. It grows and develops into a separate human being, a potential that a woman's tonsils, kidneys, or other organs don't have. All other parts of a woman's body don't grow into anything other than themselves. But, a fertilized egg grows into something completely different.

First, I ask myself the reasons why I think my life is getting nowhere. I make a list of all these reasons sometimes because it helps to get them out of my thinking. Writing them down makes all the feelings associated with these reasons to be acknowledged, so that when I start to try to think straight, they don't cloud my head anymore.
Then, I tell myself that there is a reason why I am here and the proof is in the fact that I am still alive. Then I remember all my dreams and aspirations when I was still a child that I promised to myself then that I would make come true. I write all these down too.
Then I list down all the things that I want to do before I die. This is to give me a time frame for all my plans. Before I know it, I am not feeling bad about my life anymore because I am beginning to make all sorts of plans, even crazy ones and having a good laugh at them.
Believe it or not, some of these crazy plans eventually came true.

I will take a vacation somewhere that makes me relax...
and I will think again about my life...
what have i reached? and is it really the life I want...
and if I found that this is not the life that I want,
then I'll make a change for my life
and enjoy it even if I have to start i all over again...
but the most important for me is when you enjoy it,
you will never get bored...

accepting and searching for any chance to change. Money is playing main role in my problems. It tied me down and time torture on my aging. Running out of time is the last state I am watching for. Keep copping and completely no fun!

Take a moment and breath and be by yourself, cry if you need to because life isn't really suppose to go anywhere, just take care of yourself. Depression may have something to do with your feelings, doesn;t hurt to ask a doctor.

Write down your goals in life and remind yourself of where you want to go! Don't make them to realistic...well of course some will have to be but the goals that are crazy, and outthere will usually be the most rewarding if you reach them.

get back to your source. there is a place that is not influenced by the trivialities of life. permanent, love, intimate, comfortable, unchanging. you will realize the transient nature of everything bothersome, and the permanent nature of everything fulfilling.
