WWE: The main thing when it comes to a submission is to not resist, just let your opponent do his thing, he must know what he's doing or else he wouldn't be in the WWE, sit back and take it until your cue to escape or he breaks the hold.
MMA: Don't tap, how can I get out of this?, possible reversal.
