What is this freelance website like?

Has anyone used DirectFreelance.com. For a $79 annual fee they send you projects to bid on. I am not sure how legit it is. Has anyone used it? Please don't direct me to websites about freelancing as I am wondering about this one in particular. Thanks

There is no reason for you to pay a fee in order to bid on a job. That's just crazy. Place a free ad on craigslist.com and let people know the kind of work you want.
