Today, a person who is basically a stranger to me gave me $50 purely out of the goodness of their heart.

I got a flat tire driving in another town once, and the guy driving behind me stopped and helped me put a spare tire on my pickup.

Myself and my 6 year old son went to a coffee shop, had milkshakes, a meal, coffee's, the works - always do this after shopping at the end of the month - there was a man sitting at a table next to us, he got up to leave, turned around and said that seeing my son and I have such a wonderful time, brought a smile to his face and how he wished that he had done that with his children when they were young - he paid our entire bill for us. The waitress later told me that he was a regular there and was always angry and in a bad mood - she said it was the first time she had ever seen this man smile and show generosity towards someone as he has never ever even left a tip before and has always been rude. She couldn't believe what she had seen. Well, neither could I! Bless his soul.

the last nice thing that some one has done for me............. Well there was that guy who checked in to the hotel and bought me and my co-worker dinner and some cigarettes that was pretty cool, there was also that one old lady who asked if we could help her carry in her groceries and we did, when she checked out the next week she told the manager just how helpful we were and wanted to know if we were allowed to accept tips, we didn't have the heart to take her money
