Hawaiian ribs - brown boneless pork ribs on the stove, then mix 1 cup catsup, 2 jars apricot baby food, 1 Tablespoon vinegar, and bake the ribs while you baste with the mixture above at 325 degrees for 90 minutes. Sometimes I add pineapple juice & pineapple pieces. You can even do this recipe in the crock pot, but make sure to cover the meat with water. Serve ribs with noodles & fresh, cooked veggies. Sooo yummy!

Pho. It's a rice noodle soup. I cook a huge batch of it every morning in my restaurant. I'm not the cook there, but its a secret recipe so I come early to start it up.

Pork chops for dinner. A few minutes ago, I grilled a cheese sandwich on my George Forman grill. In the film, The Devil Wears Prada, Adrian Grenier grills his girlfriend a sandwich using Jarlsberg cheese, and I've been wanting to try it. Tasty!

Garden salad with home made Balsalmic Vinegarette dressing, Ravioli with Portabella mushrooms in tomato sauce with cheese, corn on the cob, and toasted french bread with garlic butter.
Yes, I actually made this for dinner today. Want some?
