Allah SWT told you about these things in his book The Quran.
Proof that he made it, cause there was no one that can see cell structure to the point of nucleous, protons and electrons at tha time when it was revealed.. it was only 890 years after Muhammed SAW gave them his message they invented the microscope... go check it out for yourself search for who and when the microscope was made and read the Quran where it describes these cells.....surely there is proof for all those who can see.
