there are two correct answers to this... IF the coin is a standard coin, AND the flip is both fair and impartial, then the odds remain 50:50 regardless of previous results... the coin has no "memory" and 70:30 is an acceptable statistical deviation... its possible but unlikely on the other hand, if you have properly, fairly and impartially flipped the coin, there is something fundamentally wrong with the coin. Its the law of probiblity isn't you could just work that out. You have x amount of time you could get H and x amount of time you can get T etc....
