okay so after school I was walking outside around the park and my classmate was going pass me and we were an inch apart and shes way taller than me so I THINK I accidentaly kissed her boob(s)but im not sure.Theres also been 4 other situations I think that I thought i sexually harassed someone.ive been out of the country for a month i think but nothing happened when i got here,I didnt worry much about this before.It just popped into my head and I started stressing like crazy!Im yelling and my temper is really low.

Your not very clear with any of this. If you think you have a temper that you cannot control and, you've been out of hand at times, your afraid your going to get into trouble due to recent obvious behavior?
Think of this "Bi-polar disorder" these people are not in control of their obvious characters and sometimes get out of hand. It deals with each individual and each one is different.
From slight medications to powerful ones, you can be the control of your own destiny and your own psychological behavior with these medications.
I suggest you start with your family doctor first, this takes testing and time but, in the end you will feel better. You'll be able to function in public without fear of reprisals due to uncontrolled behavior.
