well, my first idea is to get revenge, but the next best thing is to find a solution to the problem, then for get about it.

Forgiveness cant come from heart until u find a solution
& its not easy to forget ,so i will say find a solution dont try to run away from situation,face is.

It's good to forgive. Especially because of the psychological implications to you. It's empowering, it's healthy and is part of getting over it.
MUCH TO PEOPLES SURPRISE HOWEVER; this really has nothing to do with forgetting. Forgetting is bad. Forgetting means whatever it was, was OK - it wasn't.
Forgetting leaves you open to whatever it was again.
You don't have to forget to forgive - but trust can't be passed around like cake on Milton's birthday. (Office Space reference)
Solutions take time. So maybe don't forget, try to forgive in time and if needed a solution will come. Though I usually say;
RUNN!!!! RUN LIKE HELL!

We are supposed to forgive, but we don't forget for a reason - to learn a lesson!!! Learn, and believe that things get better after a while, and make better choices.... the solution is already there. :-) bbjo.
