The Keyword box is on the left top of your screen if using AOL 9.0. If you do not see it, type in "Keyword" into your AOL browswer window. AOL Keywords are a wealth of information that only AOL members can enjoy. If entering it into your borwser, it will give you an alphatized list of Keywords for you to search.
You can also enter "Cancel" and get a toll free number to cancel your account. If you use this and call to "threaten to cancel your account", you will be directed to a service associate who you can get some free service or a discounted rate on your pricing plan, because AOL does not want to loose your account.
