well i guess u know know that i think my boobs are small so is there any way for me to get them larger and this is not a joke Q: Im serious Iam a 32 A and I wish they were at least a larg B or a small C so i was just hoping someone could help me with this problem.......

Depending on your age they will still grow larger. Try getting a push up bra or one with padding.

Well other than trying a push up bra or having plastic surgery, I read that there are certain exercises you can do that will trigger your breast tissue. I think you can do this by simply lifting some weights. Overall you shouldn't be worried about your breast size, really it's not a big deal, a real guy will like you for who you are not your bra size. However if it's that much of a problem you could consider plastic surgery.

Yes i agree a try a push up bra they make them look larger...as for eating something or other things to make them larger i am not aware of.
As you get older they will grow and some large and some small but breast don't define girl it shouldn't be a priority to have big boobs.

Other than surgery, I don't think there is anything you can do but strut your small stuff with confidence. Not all guys like big boobs. I always had small breasts and somehow got 5 guys to propose to me before I turned 25. Yes it does suck to find clothes that flatter your shape but take your time shopping and splurge on good fitting bras that make you feel sexy.

Weight gain (and more than likely it won't go to your chest), pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY ways to make them bigger. There are no magic pills or foods.
(You didn't say how old you are, but breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s)
You can always wear a padded or push-up bra.

have more bean or have some food full of protein which help to secrete hormone which may be a point. also you can get the bra with padding which appear bigger when you are out. although many guys like big boobs, not all

If you are an young girl, may be there is still time for them to grow. And if that has passed, you need to go in for surgery, but do think twice before going for that. You can be very sexy even with small size.

You have some options here. You can buy a push up bra, buy clothes that make your boobs look bigger (look in magazines like seventeen and shows like oprah), you can get plastic surgery, and finally, you can wait untill you get pregnant and breast feed your child.

I dont know if you want to hear it from a guy or not but what im first attracted to is a girl with a nice face, then someone whos in decent shape, not a big girl, and i know me and a lot of guys who think the same way i do. haha, youll get lots of attention shakin your *** is what im trying to get at.

Haha I envy you, I HAVE NO BOOBS, I am completly flat at age 13. Well I suggest getting a push-up bra, stuffing your bra, or gets a boob job.
