To cheat is a hurtful, selfish thing to do, but no I don't think it should be illegal. It is wrong, undoubtedly, and badly affects the people involved, but stupidity, on its own, is not illegal.

no because that is too personal. congress will never pass a law where cheating is illegal it's just too personal of an issue. you can't mess with free will. you can't legally punish someone for not loving you and i'm not talking about not loving someone that leads to divorce because that's different. i'm talking about girlfriend/boyfriend stuff.

Of course not. This is strictly a moral and personal issue. We need to stop looking for additional ways of overfilling our jails and concentrate on killers, rapist and child molesters.

in a lot of places it is for you to commit adultery. Do some research for your area. In my county you could get a $10,000 dollar fine for committing adultery
