Swam to my nephew when he fell in my mother in laws pool & swam w/ him over to the side of the pool & handed him to my sis in laws estranged husband to pull him out. Happened at my daughters 1st b-day party in 2002.

Yes. My husband was learning to swim & decided to practice in our pool with no one around. I just so happened to be walking by the kitchen window & faintly heard someone gargling my name. I looked out to see my husband flailing in the deep end of the pool. I took off running & dove in with jeans, tennis shoes, t-shirt & all. He almost drowned me in the process but I managed to get him to the side.

i've never really saved anyones life.
but my best friend saved mine. we were walking and all the sudden she had the urge to look behind us. there was a speeding van right behind me, she pulled me about 4 feet. the van just sped on past me, and when it passed it was about 2 inches away from me. i would of got hit, it wouldnt of stopped. my friend just had the instinct to look behind us.
yeah.... and i thank god for her everyday.

My first and second children stopped breathing in their sleep when they were infants and I woke from sleep and knew something was wrong and picked them up- just moving them started them up again. Very scary stuff!
