okay one yes she can make the divorce more difficult.. but not stop it completely and in some states the fact that he has you .. could make it allot of trouble.. the divorce will eventually happen how bad it will be depends on how out of control the situation gets and by you calling her a crazy lady.. and accessing blame where you don't know the entire story and frankly should not know or care I am thinking it will be an episode of Jerry springer. THIS IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM.. please don't make me repeat it. stay out of it and let him take care of his own problem. Take a step back and really think about the situation and I repeat THIS IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH.. it is his let him deal with it shut your mouth and stay out of it.

Not in the state of Georgia. There is what is called a no-fault divorce. This means that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks or does, if I file this type of divorce there is nothing that can stop it.

Pray in JESUS name for forgiveness in this matter, and also ask JESUS to get your marriage back on track. We all make mistakes in life, and it up to the other person who you've hurt to forgive you.Sometimes is a hard road to travel once you've cheated on someone.Maybe if you sit down with your husband tell how you feel, and get some feed back from him.Tell him you didn't want the divorce, you didn't mean to have an affair on him.Maybe if you can spend some time together without you pushing him into a relationship, just start off as friends.I hope you luck. I believe with time he's going to forgive you.The way you handle is family is tell them, yes I made a mistake, but I truly love my husband.Once you get that second chance keep yourself only for your husband.

You are the threat. Do not interfere with their marriage. God could be working to keep these two together, and if you interfere, you will be going against His work. He takes marriage very seriously and despises divorce. He is a loving and caring God that will do anything to bring forgiveness to people (He gave us Jesus). You asked: Can one person stop the divorce?
The answer: YES! HIS NAME IS JESUS!

He's cheating on her and its all her fault? I'm betting he told you that too. Here's what the threat is, he's married to her and if she is willing to take back a lying cheat, then he'll go because that's home. You are simply the g/f who was stupid enough to believe a married man when he told you how awful his wife is. Next time, don't get involved with some other woman's man. Have some self respect.

no...she can definitely make the divorce process longer and more painful for you two, but she can't refuse a divorce. it may be a year, it may be next month, but she will have to sign those papers. hang in there hun!

If he wants out then he can get out. You cant force someone to stay in a marriage.
But why are you with a married man anyway?
