Either they have a different account ... or else if you asked the question straight away, it takes about 1/2 an hour for the block to take effect.
But the Depressed guy says trolls know all kinds of troll tricks, so that would be it I expect.

They probably have opened another account because the one you blocked got deleted.
The block only applies to the account and when they open a new account they have free range again.

There actually *IS* a way to get around the block without having to make a new account. But I cant say it aloud. ;)

Go to someone else's question, is it really that important. If they "blocked you" then I wouldn't want to answer their questions anyway..................I personally wouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt...
