I have lived in my sub for 2 years now and the man behind me has creaped me out from the day i moved in. no one ever sees him unless he is cutting his lawn, there have been strange banging noises from his home. tonight my husband and i were out side and heard a girl crying it got to the point where i went to look for his address but could not see it. so i stood under his window and heard a girl saying "please stop it hurts" I ran home and called the cops but when they went to the home the girl and another girl along with the man came to the door and told the police everything was okay. even if everything is okay (wich it does not sound like it is) these girls are very young and he is in his mid 40's. what do you think about this and what would you do

I wouldn't ignore what you heard. He may be molesting those little girls and think about the beating they got because of the noise they made that led to the police coming to their door. I'd be very leery about this situation. In a case like this, I would keep a close eye on those little girls and that old man. I would definitely call CPS (Child Protective Services) so they can surveillance him. Something isn't right. Believe your instincts.

call the police every time you hear things like this....if he is in his 40's and they are young this is definitely against the law and not healthy for the girls...keep getting the police involved...child protectives isn't going to do anything unless these girls are his daughters, nieces, and such...

Yeah, you're right to feel a bit uneasy. next time try telling the police to be quiet so that they can maybe hear the noises you hear. you don't want to be tagged as a chronic caller. for the sake of those girls i hope we're all wrong in our assumptions
