i know such pain, to live in darkness, to be violated by the darkness, to lose everything dear, and undergo the hell others can cause, but their is a light somewhere that i beg you find.it is where i and love itself waits for you. don't pass us by, nor give into the bitter tragedy of everything dim and damned. live.

Never give up. Just because what you’re doing does not seem to be working, doesn’t mean it won’t work. It just means that it might not work the way you’re doing it. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it, and everything would be perfect all the time.
If that were the case how would we even know if things were actually good or really bad, without any frame of reference we'd just BE. "Breath is just a clock, ticking"
With regard to whatever worries you, not only accept the worst thing that could happen, but make it a point to quantify what the worst thing could be. Very seldom will the worst consequence be anywhere near as bad as a cloud of “undefined consequences.” Like one of my favorite sayings; They can't eat you!
Take things a day at a time. No matter how difficult your situation is, you can get through it if you don’t look too far into the future, and focus on the present moment. You can get through anything one day at a time.
Don’t take yourself too seriously. Lighten up. Often, at least half of what we accomplish is due to luck. None of us are in control as much as we like to think we are.
There’s always a reason to smile. To piss people off or just for the fact that it tricks your brain into coughing up some endorphins; even adding a little artificial happy is happy; the balance can help. You function better, while you're functioning better - life treats you better.
I'd give up myself - but I'm kind of a trouble-maker. I see no reason to give the world what it wants.
For some reason one of my favorite songs comes to mind...
There's only the source, dark in itself, making everything shine.
When all names and forms have been given up the real is with you.
Break the bonds of memory and self-identification
and the shell will break by itself.
All you need is you.
it was the same ten thousand years ago,
and will be the same ten thousand years hence.
Man does not change over the ages.
Problems remain the same.
There is no need of a way out!
Don't you see that a way out
is also part of the dream?
All you have to do is see
the dream is a dream.
then you'll get what you call reality.
Having never left the house
you are asking for the way home.
Confused for you are asleep.
Captivated, by Absurd Minds.
Why don't people ever believe you when you tell them everything will be ok?

Well hopefully it isn't something like a fatal illness or all your familly died...
I have to say that I fell your pain. I fell that way constantly, and it's because of stress.
What gets me through the day is to minimize stress.
First thing: Set simple goals that can be accomplished. Make sure it makes you happy that it is done. Example: Make your favorite food from stratch. If it turns out, you will think more of yourself.
Second: Relax - this is a big one. Stress thrives off tension and anger. Its best to now and then just take some me time and let the world go away for a little while.
Since the message is a little vage I'm unable to come up with anything else.
It's not worth it to make any drastic decisions. Although you could see a doctor and they will prescribe you will with "Happy pills"
hope this helps

Talk to someone.
Call a suicide prevention phone line.
Bad things pass. Trust me. Things will get better, it'll just take some time and hope.
Maybe do something to keep your mind off things.
Like drawing, reading, cooking, music, etc. Writing can help a lot too.

Don't give up. You know that's bad for you. You look before crossing the street, bathe, and eat because you know it's good for you. Don't do something you'll regret. All you'll do is cause more pain in yourself and your family and anyone who cares about you. It's not worth it. You need to wait for when it's your time to go. Don't leave early.

Get a kitten. Seriously. All I can say is there is always something to live for and if you get a kitten, you will have a loveable creature that needs you. If I knew your problem, what happened to you..I could help more.
