You should write down whatever ideas you have. An editor can help you with grammar, but there is no reason you can't learn yourself.
(at least use spell check before submitting a post about proper English, grammar NOT grammer)

Would you buy a book written by someone with poor grammar? You must have excellent grammar skills.
Find a Community College and take writing/grammar classes.

Every year thousands of books are submitted to publishing companies. The editors have to read them all and make decisions as to its worth.
With so many books to read the editors won't waste much time to read a book filled with a host of grammatical errors.
Try and find someone you trust and knows their grammar to proofread for you. Then submit and hope.

Writing is not about grammar and compositional tools. It's about imagination and plot, and characters and if you have all of that, then I'm sure you will be able to find an editor who can help you out!!!

Who would be willing to sit and read a manuscript that is full of grammatical errors? I wouldn't want to.
Maybe you need to take a few courses in English or in composition. Got a community college or university near by?

The more tools you have in your toolbox, the more likely it is that you will be better equipped to serve the needs of your writing.
