I'm sure Mozart's intention for composing the greatest music ever was for it to be used as a pest control to ward off uneducated, criminal lowlives 200+ years later.
You can't run off the terrorists from the Middle East; a great number of them are running things over there. And where are they going to go, America?? Just stay away from the bus-stops, Akhmed!

I think Cristian music might be an effective deterrent.
How about "Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so?"
But as I once suggested I think super soaker's filled with pigs blood might work too.
Since they think that if touched by a pig they will no longer be allowed to enter Heaven and thus will be denied their 71 Heavenly virgins.
So super soaker's and pig farms in areas heavily trafficked by terrorists activity would discourage them from any inappropriate behavior due to the threat of no admittance into Heaven if they should happen to come into contact with those 'filthy' creatures.
Just think of all the money we could save in Ammo and bombs and technology if we replaced every type of weapon we're currently using with pig blood super soakers instead?
I think it's at least worth trying.

EDIT:
Put this on a repeating loop:
"A, you're adorable
B, you're so beautiful
C, you're a cutie full of charms
D, you're a darling
And E, you're exciting
And F, you're a feather in my arms
(giggles) A feather-that tickles!
G, you look good to me
H, you're so heavenly
I, you're the one I idolize
J, we're like Jack and Jill
K, you're so kissable
L is the love light in your eyes
M, N, O, P, I could go on all day
Q, R, S, T, alphabetically speaking, you're okay
U made my life complete
V means you're very sweet
W, X, Y, Z
It's fun to wander through the alphabet with you
To tell you what you mean to me"

They might have something there. The New York Jets are playing Mozart at their training camp this week. They might need something to sooth the evil beast, in the middle east.

That song that Turd Blossom
(Bushie's cutie name for Rove)
was hip hopping to at the convention
this past year. You might want to add the
clip of Turdy hip hopping...that will really
scare them terra-rists away!

Dixie Chicks? (oh wait, they hate Bush too)
Linda Rondstat? (oh wait, she hates Bush too)
Hmmmmmmm. How about some Metallica? Nothing like a little "Seek & Destroy" to scare em away! Throw in a little Suicidal Tendencies while you're at it!

The same thing was done years ago in California.
My guess Yoko Ono screaming into the microphone would drive anyone away. They should pay her to sing at the border. http://hurl.samples.dmpcontent.com/scripts/hurl.exe?clipid=016918401010006900&cid=600109
