Tampons shouldn't hurt when used correctly.
I would wad up some toilet paper, until you can get some instructions from your mom, sister or friend to guide you.
*WARNING never use lotion to insert anything into your vagina.

Follow the directions on the box and use the tampon. The tampon expands when it is inside of you so that it will absorb the flow. How long did you leave it in? You should be fine to leave the tampon in for 4-6 hours or whenever you start to bleed through it you need to change it. Good luck!

you'll be fine tampons do not hurt as long as you insert them properly. DO NOT use lotion or any thing like that to insert it the lotion can give you a yeast infection. read the instruction pamphlet in the box
try standing up and putting one leg on the toilet and inserting it that way that sraightens your vagina and makes insertion easier for you. if you are still nervous about it you can fold some toilet papr or paper towels and put them in your panties until you get some pads just dont flush the paper towels down the toilet... it will clog the potty and i imagine you dont want to explain that to your parents.
good luck

do not use lotion!!! that can cause an infection. tampons do not hurt. and are really easy to insert, thats what they were made to do after all. just relax so that your muscles arnt too tight, i know that might be hard but it will slide in easier if you relax. and just read the directions. for your first time it will be easiest if your standing with one foot on the toilet. i used a tampon the first day i ever got my period so its really easy to do, plus it feels like you accomplish so much once its done!

when i first got my period i couldnt use cardboard tampons because they hurt. the only reason i could think other than that for them to hurt is because u dont have it in far enough. but i had a friend whos mom didnt tell her about them and she left the applicator in so yeah, make sure you dont leave that in either

Never use anything but Ky to put on a tampon to help it go in better. Lotion will probably burn like a b.itch and vaseline is hard for you body to flush out. Always use water based lubricants in the vagina.

If you are really desparate you can fold up some toilet paper and tuck it into your undies. You just have to check and change it fairly often so you don't bleed through.
That's what I do when I'm caught out. I don't like using tampons.

no they don't hurt...read the insructions and just use it...if you're gonna go to bed and the flow is really heavy, put some toilet paper in your underwear...i woke up once on one of my first periods and as i walked to the bathroom blood flowed out everywhere...it was really scarey...that like hardly ever happens though, so don't worry...but go ahead and use the tampon...

no, tampons don't hurt. you might feel a slightly uncomfortable pressure if you put it in at a kinda awkward angle, but it only hurts for a second and it rarely happens.

He is familiar with he can check together with his exes, probably have intercourse with them and nonetheless come back to you. He is likewise familiar with which you be conscious of approximately it and can never depart him because of the fact of it. He in fact thinks you're "dykk whipped" in case you be conscious of what I recommend. the only element you're able to do is sell off him, despite while you're merely pretending to offload him, basically then will he see that he will extremely lose you if he does not exchange. nonetheless, even after that there continues to be a 50/50 probability he will return to his comparable techniques. merely sell off him and save your self the distress of being cheated on once you have years, not months, invested in him.
