Neither one of them because the democrats does not stand a chance. They are just abusing and has no proof. They would like to feel that they have the control and started releasing summons and subpoenas that are really laughable. They really wanted to oust Alberto Gonzales because they don't want a Hispanic guy there. They just want either a white or a black guy in place. They wanted to spend all their time bashing Alberto Gonzales for the right and privilege of a person in his position to do the firings. They call him a liar but they do not have any proof.

To be impeached an official has to have commited a crime, Gonzales has not althought I wouldn't blame him for resigning.

The man has committed perjury, a felony. And he's the nation's highest law enforcement official. If he doesn't resign, all cooperation between Congress and the White House will come to a screeching halt. Bush will finally, reluctantly push him out, because it's the only way he can continue to function at all.

Neither. If Congress thought they could impeach him, they would have attempted it by now. Since they know they can't prove anything, they keep giving him one last chance to confess to a crime he didn't commit.

He will dig in. Bush will dig in. The public will be bored. The Dems will move on to the next "scandal". This one isn't taking.
