Breakfast- 1 egg and one slice of White(its all we have right now) Bread Toast with margerine.

Lunch- Sauteed Brocolli and Carrots with Woresturture Sauce with Bottled Water.

Dinner-Salad with Kraft Light House Itallian Dressing.

I ride my bike for two miles a day.

How long do you think it will take to star loosing weight.

Your diet is quite good but it lacks protein, like legumes.
You have to look @ your whole plan.
How much weight do you want to lose?
How many calories are you burning?
Also, the more muscles you have the quicker you will shed your pounds. So, raising your metabolism will aid in weight loss.
*Make sure you stay hydrated, so drink your water.

This is all healthy food, however, you can not live on vegetables alone. You need to add some protein in there. You need protein (which comes in eggs, cheeses, & fish/meats), in order to burn more calories. The diet you described is a very good start, but in order to boost your metabolism, you should add some lean white meat chicken breast or fish, approximately 4 ounces is a suggested serving size. Sounds a lot better than what I eat:

Breakfast - Bourban and pepto and an egg McMuffin

Lunch - Carl's Jr Guacamole $6 Burger and a couple beers

Snack - Beef Jerky and a few more beers

Dinner - Steak (bloody as hell) and potatos and a few bourban and cokes.

you should eat a little meat in your salad like ham and that is very healthy I'm on that diet and i lost about three pounds in week including the bike riding

That is a very good diet. Good luck with the weight loss. I am dieting myself. If you start getting bored on the bike, take an MP3 player or something. That will help. Good luck!

It sound okay, however you do need more things with protein. Protein is important, you need it to help heal wounds on your body.

If your allergic to meat then you should find other things with protein, like nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc), eggs, beans (white beans, kidney beans, black beans, soy beans, etc.), fish or tofu.

Other then that it seems okay.

like in two days... if you ride a bike that's a lot of calories burnt... man i wish i still had my bike
