Huh? What exactly are you trying to do?

I'm guessing that you bought a home with "owner carry" financing. In that case you probably can't get them to report your payment history. It costs money to report payment histories to credit reporting agencies. And the credit reporting agencies have minimum volume that must be reported at the minimum account size. To put it simply, they're not interested in the "small potatoes" accounts so it would cost the seller several hundred dollars a month to report your mortgage payment history. For obvious reasons that isn't going to happen.

No, it does not artwork that way because of the fact your buddy isn't a economic organization for one...and the economic organization isn't your human beings' buddy. the way it works is that as quickly as you pay or do not pay your funds this counsel is given to the bureau and that's what is going on your report. On a private word(s), issues like those do not exist. there isn't any way around the credit gadget so a ways as how counsel is stated to credit bureaus(companies) I recommend, getting a secured card to re-set up your credit, and as quickly as they build have faith in you lower back, they are going to convert that card right into a classic card and return the money.
