What does everyone think of the woman in Ocean City who had four dead infants in her house...a placenta, 2 unborn fetuses, and a 26 week old infant. The first three were found in a living room trunk, and the 26 week old in a plastic bag, in a vanity, under her bathroom sink. What do you think...did she do it herself, or do you think someone else is at fault?

I know the placenta is expelled when you give birth, I have a child, I know. And as for her boyfriend of 20 years, he had to have known something was up. What they found was undeveloped placenta, which was the beginnings of a new fetus. As a new resident in Maryland, some of the stuff that has happened since I have moved here, has made me uneasy about living here with my newborn daughter.

Personally I think she probably did it but I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the police find out! Who could be that heartless though! I feel so sorry for those infants!

the woman is more than likely mentally ill. Or has post partum depression since she had recently given birth.
Remember that mother in Texas, Andrea Yates, who drowned all five of her children several years ago? She had post partum depression and is currently in a mental facility instead of prison.
Maybe it's the same for the woman in Ocean City, MD. The truth will come out. But keeping the dead fetuses? That's just not the action of someone in their right mind. And, I agree, someone HAD to know she had done that. Dead bodies to start to smell after while due to the decomposition process.
By what you write in your question, I only count three. A placenta isn't an infant or fetus. It is attached to the inside of the womb and nurishes the fetus during the pregnancy via the unbilical cord. It is expelled when a woman gives birth.

I don't understand the story as of yet. Hopefully some more info will be given as to the age of all of these infants. Hopefully it will be determined whether they were still born or not. We know for sure that one of them was born at 26 weeks. Did she go into preterm labor...did she start the labor somehow on her own which I wonder if that is even possible? Was the baby alive at birth. In most states she could have legally had an abortion just a couple of weeks ago and it would have been considered humane. I don't quite understand how her boyfriend or husband or whatever he actually is knew absolutely nothing about this. But then again my neice was in labor before her mom found out she was pregnant and I saw her 2 days before and would have never guessed she was pregnant. I feel for her 4 older children that will suffer through all of this the most. Alot of unanswered questions thus far but I do think she is sick for just disposing of them herself and not telling anyone about them. That is what makes her most suspicous.

Based om the info I have heard I believe I did it. She had four(?) step-children that were older. She lived with her bf for twenty years!!!!This maybe way out, but I wonder if her BF didn't want any other children other than his own. She felt she had to kill her own children to keep him. Just an idea.
Whatever, the reason she has to be a wacko! I mean, they think she did it herself and they never came to full term. Was she trying to hide them from her bf(?).
Infanticide is nothing new in history, but these days in the US, I don't get it. This woman must be totally devoid of love. I couldn't imagine my life without my children.
There are a lot of psychopaths out there!

I didn't hear about that. People are crazy ... Up here we had a woman kill her son and the claimed she didn't do it when her husband wouldn't even support her and she was claiming that a three year old jumped out of something too high to get into and broke his legs right across the middle when he jumped down. Then she tried to get herself deported back to Mexico to avoid penalty. Didn't work, the judge held her and she is in prison for 25 to life. If she ever gets out she's going back to Mexico. God, people make me sick doing that kind of stuff to kids ...

I think the woman has some sort of mental illness. I think that she DEFIANTLY SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!! Not under any circumstances!!!!!!!!!!!
If it could be do morally and ethically - I think that in a case like this a judge should order her to have her tubes tied!!!!!!
She is a danger to those new, innocent babies that are placing their whole and absolute trust in her!!!!!

She probably did it. You can't have all that in your apartment or home and not have it bother you unless you need mental help. She probably has some sort of depression or schizophrenia. They'll know soon enough with the advances we have in forensics.

I think someone else at least KNEW about the murders. I mean, how do you store a dead infant in your house without SOMEONE noticing. I'm thinking her husband had something to do with it.
